We take our business seriously, thus we wish to surround ourselves with like minded individuals and companies. To that end we have set some requirements for our resellers to remain active.

Active Status Requirements:

• $50.00 one-time participation fee, billed after 30 day trial.
• Minimum of 1 sale per quarter to maintain active status and retain all reseller benefits.
• Completion of system competency certification within the first quarter of becoming a reseller, either by yourself or a designated representative of your company.

Inactive Status Consequences:

• Loss of “active reseller” status and associated benefits, including the ability to direct purchase at wholesale pricing.
• Loss of branded site “rotation” privileges.
• Loss of “Team” commissions and “6 for 1” benefits
• Subject to re-activation approval as well as a $50.00 re-activation fee.
• Loss of potential sales, income and associated benefits.

We understand that there may be extenuating circumstances and are willing to work with our re-sellers to fill their needs.
